How to Care for Your RoundWreath

Each RoundWreath is carefully packaged in a wreath gift box. When receiving your RoundWreath, make sure you save your box for storage!

We ship our wreaths snug, so upon receiving you might need to fluff parts of your wreath to achieve a full-bodied look.  

A RoundWreath displayed in a sheltered location will last longer than one in an exposed area. 

When your wreath is dirty, you can wipe it clean using a soft towel or if needed, using a mild detergent diluted with water.

When not in use, we recommend boxing up your wreath and storing in a cool dry place away from the sun.

When is Your Store Open?

RoundWreath is exclusively an online store, which means you can shop 24/7, 365 days a year!

How Can I Track My RoundWreath Order?​

Once your RoundWreath is ready for shipping, it will be picked up and scanned by the shipping courier. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number that will inform you of the most up-to-date tracking details. It typically takes up to 24 hours after your package has been picked up and scanned for the tracking to show up. 

If your tracking page shows "Tracking not Found" with no delivery date, please contact support@roundwreath.com.

What If My RoundWreath Arrives Damaged?


We are sorry if your wreath arrives damaged! We do our best to package our wreaths so they can safely go along their journey.

If your wreath or bow appears a little smushed or flat, you don't have to be a wreath designer to fix it.  With foliage, leaves, and flowers, gently pull apart and/or upwards one stem or section at a time around the whole wreath. For bows, you can use the same fluffing strategy.  Separate the looping sections and flatten or twist the ribbon tails until you have achieved the desired look.

If there are broken parts of your wreath resulting in less than adequate fulfillment, we would like to know! Please contact us at support@roundwreath.com as soon as possible. 

How Do I Cancel My RoundWreath Order?

We’re sorry you’ve changed your mind but understand things come up.

If you reach out to customer support before your order has been shipped, we will be able to process a refund. If your order has shipped or been delivered we will need to process a return with a refund. Please review the Refund Policy and note that it can take up to 48 hours to process a return and/or refund. Thank you!

WIX Data Sharing Notice

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information

RoundWreath products ship out within 1-3 business days of receiving your order (this excludes custom orders which are shipped within 1-3 business days after the customer’s final approval).

RoundWreath offers FREE ground shipping through UPS on domestic orders. 

Domestic rush delivery is offered for $40. 

RoundWreath ships to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and the rest of the world at the real-time calculated rate from UPS. Please e-mail support@roundwreath.com for a price consultation if you need a product shipped outside of the lower 48 states. 

Return Policy

A RoundWreath product can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of order. The returned product needs to be new and in good condition

A refund is processed within 48 business hours of RoundWreath receiving the returned product

 The customer is responsible for return shipping. However, if the product was received damaged, we would like to know. Please email support@roundwreath.com to receive a free return label.
